Moss Body Shop, Inc. was started by Lyndon Moss and his son Don Moss in 1975, with 2 employees and 1,000 square feet of shop space. Today we have 36 employees and 25,000 square feet of space. Upon the retirement of Lyndon Moss in 1995, Don Moss became the sole owner of the company.

Commitment to excellence has been the driving force behind all business decisions. All technicians and estimators participate in ongoing training sessions throughout the year. Every effort is made to stay on the cutting edge. State-of-the-art frame and unibody systems are used to repair vehicles to meet or exceed original manufacturing standards. Computerized paint mixing systems, modern downdraft paint booths and the latest paint equipment are used for perfect color matching and the finest finish in the industry. Moss Body Shop utilizes computerized estimating systems to promote speed, accuracy, and customer convenience. Each employee – from the receptionist to the repair technician – strives to provide quality service and products, and is dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Moss Body Shop, Inc. was voted “Best Auto Body Repair” in the “Best of Amarillo” Reader’s poll in both 2010 and 2011. Moss Body Shop, Inc. was also recognized in the years 2007 and 2008 as an Autochex Premier Achiever at the Autochex ceremonies held in conjunction with the International Autobody Congress and Exposition (NACE) in Las Vegas in November of each year. The Premier Achiever Award recognizes the top five percent of collision repair facilities that consistently demonstrate their commitment to customer service as reflected by their exceptionally high customer satisfaction index scores. The scores are based on hundreds of thousands of customer satisfaction surveys Autochex performs throughout the year of collision repair facilities throughout the United States and British Columbia.
